Happy New Year…Be Inspired, Light a Spark

I live in a cabin in the middle of a National Forest . Surrounded by 30-50 foot pines it’s a beautiful setting. But during fire season the beauty can be overshadowed by wildfire danger. It’s truly amazing how one little spark can ignite a raging inferno.
That’s the down side. On the up side, on a cold winters night one little match can light a warm, cozy fire in the fire place.
On this new year I resolve to light a spark often, and keep it under control so that I and others can enjoy it’s warmth and peace. May 2010 be a year of controlled fire place fires, and no raging wildfires.
